“My Future” has been a favourite for quite a while, and is one of those Billie Eillish songs that almost feels like an instant Jazz standard, with proper harmonic interest in its chord progression - I knew I wanted to give it the Rare Groove Spectrum treatment.

In her unmistakable Soulful style Rita really makes this song her own, and it is great to finally feature her properly in the spotlight on one of my records, after working together onstage and in the studio with Menagerie and The Bamboos…She is one of the brightest jewels in the crown of our scene. Make sure you check out Rita’s new album ‘Meet Me In The Garden’.

I first signed to Brighton’s finest way back in 2005 and this will be the 13th album I’ve produced for them…It’s great to be back!

A band that lasts a quarter of a century doesn’t exist in a vacuum - It’s a symbiotic relationship, a reciprocal bond.

25 years ago we started making noise and you responded - and so we embarked on a wild adventure played out on stages, in studios, and through speakers all around the world.

Through this decades-long dance we’ve done our darndest to make sounds that challenge you, excite you and surprise you - to give you a meaningful musical soundtrack for all of the joy, love, ecstasy and heartbreak that life deals out.

Which is all to say that yes, we did all this, but YOU did this too…We did it together, so let’s celebrate together.
