NEW SINGLE & VIDEO FROM THE BAMBOOS “HARD UP” OUT NOW!

The new Bamboos single “Hard Up” is out today! When Kylie and I wrote the song we had no idea of the upheaval the world would soon be going through, but it feels even more timely having it released now.

We managed to pull together a video shoot while still following the strict lockdown measures we went through here in Melbourne, thanks to the very creative Nick Rieve at Studio Kilogram. We hope you like it. There’s more in store for our 20th year, but releasing new music is the best way to kick it off!

To celebrate the release of the vinyl edition of ‘Runner’ by Lance Ferguson’s Machines Always Win project a new video for “LEM” has been released. The animated clip was made made by Ewen Farr. You can order the limited edition turquoise double LP now from here.

MACHINES ALWAYS WIN "RUNNER" SINGLE & VIDEO

Here is the new single and video clip from my project Machines Always Win, a song called ‘Runner’. It’s is also the title track to the full-length album coming out on November 1st digitally and on limited edition turquoise double LP on November 22nd. I wanted to make some music that was a little more free and wide open…something with some air and space around it. The songs are all based around this collision of ambient, dream-like atmospheres with hard-edged, breakbeat-sounding drums. I hope you enjoy it!
